The Blend - Shiraz, Fiano, Grenache Blanc & Tempranillo
This blend of Shiraz, Fiano, Grenache Blanc & Tempranillo, bottled during malolactic fermentation, has a slight spritz mouthfeel.
A naturally fermented wine. In addition, no animal bi-products were use to fine the wine, so it is 100% vegan. After spending thirty days on skins, the wine was racked and bottled. No acid additions were made, just a small amount of sulphur to keep the wine safe from spoilage.

The Story
In November 2021, a savage and devastating Hail storm hit our vineyard. Most of the crop was destroyed. Vines were re-pruned and a small second crop was harvested to create this special blend of Shiraz, Fiano Grenache Blanc & Tempranillo. Bottled during malolactic fermentation giving a slight spritz mouthfeel.
