New Vintage Launch at Hive

Like the four seasons in a year, our winemaking calendar has very distinctive times. Summer is our growing season. This is when we tend the vineyards and ensure the grapes will be ready to make the best possible wines. Autumn is harvest time. We work around the clock to harvest the grapes and transport to the winery. Autumn is also when we ferment the grapes and start pruning the vineyards. Now you may be thinking, Spring is time for holidays... we wish! Spring is when we bottle the wine and deliver to the shops and restaurants around Australia and the world ready for our customers to enjoy.
