"A blend of three red grapes: tempranillo for vinosity, lambrusco for colour and fruit punch, lagrein for a bit of grip. The wine is a plush, inviting purple colour, has lots of bold brambly fruit and good, satisfying weight on the tongue, finishing with mellow, earthy tannins. Best served slightly chilled – perhaps poured straight from the cask into a glass you’ve kept in the fridge."
